About Jeff
Through my own extensive participation in group therapy for personal growth and my professional facilitation of groups, I believe that group therapy is the most effective and efficient mode of change. Life is relational and the change that you want will come through relationship. As a facilitator, I firmly believe this is true and that group can offer these healing relationships. I am passionate about helping others lean into the change they desire for their own lives.
In addition to facilitating groups I consistently participate in continuing education on how to better lead group therapy. More specifically through I attend AGPA’s week long Annual Meeting, Modern Analytic training with Jeff Hudson, and supervision with Angela Thompson.
Do you desperately desire something in your life to be different?
Have you tried therapy to change but without success or results that you desire?
Are you willing to try something new?
If you have tried to change many other ways without success, consider joining a group.
